ADMISSION NOTICE AD-NO. (41) BA/ BSc SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION 2014
Applications,
on prescribed Examination Admission Form, available at all branches of
United Bank Ltd. District Swabi, are invited from BA/ BSc Regular and
Private Candidates for the supplementary Examination-2014.
The
examination admission forms complete in all respect should reach the
Examinations Section of the University as per following schedule.
Incomplete forms & the forms received after the stipulated date
shall not be accepted.

1) The following documents must be attached with the admission form(s).
a) Attested copy of DMC. (Failed subjects)
b) Three (03) attested copies of passport size recent photographs.
c) Original Bank Receipt.
d) One (01) attested copy each of CNIC and Domicile Certificate.
2) Examination Hall will be allotted on the basis of permanent address.
3) The examination fee can be deposited in A/C No= 204588555 in prescribed branches of United Bank Ltd.District Swabi.
